I am glad remains the most popular e-commerce platform in Poland. According to the results of the Mediapanel study prepared by Wirtualnemedia.pl, in July 2024, a month of low intensity for most commercial categories, the platform visited by 17.63 million users, that is, 59.15 percent of all Polish Internet users. Everyone spent an average of almost two hours there – exactly one hour, 56 minutes and one second.
Allegro Lokalnie has also been operating for several years, where sellers without business accounts can post offers. In July, it fell outside the top ten e-commerce categories.
More than 15 million Poles in Temu

The number of visitors to Temu grew rapidly in the second half of last year. In July, the platform had 3.25 million Polish users, a month later 5.81 million, in September 9.86 million and in October 10.81 million. It reached new records in the pre-Christmas shopping season: 13.15 million visitors in November and 13.63 million in December.
However, it did not stop there: in January this year, it attracted 14.92 million Polish Internet users, in March 14.09 million, and in May the previous record of 14.74 million.
As a result, the platform has significantly reduced the gap between itself and the Allegro. Last December the difference was 5.73 million users, a month later only 3.75 million and last month – only 2.44 million.
Shein continues to have over 6 million users
There are two more Asian platforms in the top ten of the July e-commerce rankings. The Aliexpress marketplace, available here for years, has attracted 8.79 million Polish Internet users (which gave 29.59% coverage), each with an average duration of one hour, 22 minutes and 46 seconds.
While Shein Clothing visited by 6.57 million users (reach of 22.12%), spending an average of 34 minutes and 40 seconds. The platform, like Temu, has captured a large part of its category (in the second half of May this year, its temporary store in Warsaw was packed with customers), and its visitation has stabilized in the range of 6-7 million visitors. A year ago, there were even slightly more than last month: 7.29 million in June, 6.8 million in July and 7.24 million in August last year.

In turn, American Amazon, fully present in Poland for more than three years, in July this year it attracted 6.92 million users (reach of 23.3%), each for an average of 5 minutes and 40 seconds.
Media Expert far above RTV Euro AGD
Among the leading platforms are also these belonging to a network of stationery stores. MediaExpert.pl recorded 10.9 million users, 36.71 percent reach and 6 minutes and 48 seconds of average usage time, a RTV Euro AGD website – 5.66 million visitors, 19.06 percent interval and average time of 6 minutes and 19 seconds.
Empik Platform attracted 7.07 million Internet users (23.82% reach), each for an average of 5 minutes and 41 seconds, and website Rossmann Drugstore – 6.72 million users (22.63% reach), on average for 6 minutes and 57 seconds.

In turn, Erli.pl was visited by 6.4 million Internet users (reach of 21.55%), spending an average of 7 minutes and one second.
