While in most specialties – especially in IT, finance and HR – today’s employees can only remember the golden age of the “employee market” two years ago, for specialists in the field of artificial intelligence, the last few years have brought a professional boom. They can count on a two- or even three-digit increase in the number of job offers and a similar growth rate of salaries.
According to the “Global AI Jobs Barometer 2024”, in which PwC presents the results of an analysis of more than half a billion job advertisements in 15 countries, the number of offers for specialists with AI competencies has grown 3.5 times faster than the entire labor market for professionals in the last decade. This demand is also reflected in the salaries of candidates with artificial intelligence skills, which bring an average of 25%. giving an advantage over candidates who do not have these competencies. In some cases, this bonus reaches 40-50 percent.
