“My late mother did not want me to be murdered through a heinous abortion. But unborn children do not have this choice. They do not decide for themselves,” Dr. Bawer Aondo-Akaa emphasized in his testimony given to PCh24.TV.
On 30 August, the Ministry of Health issued guidelines on regulations regarding access to the termination of pregnancy procedure. They constitute an interpretation of the applicable law on termination of pregnancy. They indicated, among others, that a threat to a woman’s life or health are two independent conditions and that the occurrence of only one of them is sufficient to terminate the pregnancy, and that the regulations do not determine which area the threat to health should cover. It can be both physical and mental. It was also emphasized that only a medical opinion from a specialist is necessary to determine a threat to a woman’s health or life.

Unfortunately, due to this anti-law law, and specifically a simple regulation of the Prime Minister in the majesty of the state of the Republic of Poland, unborn children will be murdered through disgusting abortions. Including unborn children with disabilities, like mine.

It is clear that Prime Minister Donald Tusk is, unfortunately, violating the Constitution of our great and wonderful Poland. What does that mean? It means that he is violating Article 38 of the Constitution, which clearly states the right to life. Almost to life for every human being conceived and born. A few years ago, the Constitutional Court clearly ruled that genocidal abortion on so-called diabolical and eugenic premises is unconstitutional. So I am talking to you, Mr Prime Minister! You are breaking the Constitution! You are not only breaking the Constitution! You are also violating God’s law, which clearly states that only God, in the Holy Trinity, has the right to decide on the life or death of a person.

Ladies and gentlemen, let us not agree with this diabolical regulation that allows unborn children to be murdered through disgusting abortions. Let us come together! Let us feed ourselves with good and reliable information! Let us not fight against people, but for people! Let us join pro-life clubs and associations, in associations that defend human life from conception to natural death, that are the voice of the unborn – people who want to live and who want to have the right to life. Today, their basic right to life is violated precisely through murderous and genocidal abortion.
