Ahead of the release of Ananya Panday’s OTT show Call Me Bae, the makers are raising the excitement a little higher. The makers dropped a new promo of the series featuring Ananya Panday and Karan Johar. Sitting on a rocket, Ananya can be seen engaging in a fun prank with Karan Johar, who is preparing a perfect OTT launch for one of his favorite students. Ananya, dressed as usual, asks Karan, “What are you doing?” Karan cheekily replies, “We live once, we die once, but we can be fired multiple times.”
The banter picks up steam when Ananya suggests that she would like to play the character “Like a poor girl from Mirza poor”. Karan comes up with his idea and says, “You are playing a rich girl from South Delhi.” Ananya is quick to point out that she always plays a ‘bougie princess’, Karan clarifies that this time she plays a wealthy girl who loses everything and struggles to survive in Mumbai. The promo then cuts to Ananya cleaning a restaurant and walking the streets of Mumbai. Sharing the promo, Ananya Panday wrote, “Coordinates of Bae’s new destination: [Prime, Video].” Take a look:
