In his review for NDTV, film critic Saibal Chatterjee wrote, “Stree 2 is ridiculously hilarious, but the film gets stuck in a loop that boils down to a perfectly overwrought and predictable climactic battle between Vicky and the girl he’s in love with, but he doesn’t know anything about face stepping into a cave where a monster, embodied evil, hiding.”
