According to the Military Police, the victim was found with his family and neighbors who confirmed the allegation that the defendant was drunk, entered his residence, broke down the gate and made threats. After committing the crime, the man was taken to his father’s residence, and was found by police officers.
In a statement to the military, the suspect confirmed the allegations and reported that he had signed the divorce the same day at the Maragogi Forum and that he had spent the day drinking alcohol. The attacker was arrested and taken to the Camaragibe Police Headquarters, where he was placed on trial.
