Heinz Hoenig celebrated an emotional 73rd birthday on September 24. The jungle camp star shed tears after being hospitalized for a month.

As seen on her Instagram story, Annika escorted her wheelchair-bound husband to the gift table and sang “Happy Birthday”. One of the gifts had the number “2” written on it instead of “73”. Hoenig explained: “Because it’s my second birthday.” He showed that he was starting his life anew after difficult months. Visibly moved, he told his wife: “Oh my gosh, I love you so much,” Heinz Hoenig said, tearful and visibly moved.
Annika further commented on her Instagram Story: “You can’t have cake, but I still brought you cake.” She presented Hoenig with two large balloons, which she described as “brilliant.” Of course, Hoenig’s two young sons were also there, giving their dad extra strength to face the difficult surgery ahead on his special day.
