A teenager was arrested in connection with a case of rape of a vulnerable person that was recorded during Monday (30) in the rural area of the municipality of Lagoa da Canoa in the interior of Alagoas.
According to the information, a garrison from the city’s Integrated Public Security Center was summoned by the city’s guardianship advisor to report the case of rape. Subsequently, army forces went to the location, where it was discovered that the victim was an 11-year-old minor.
According to details, the minor spent the night at a friend’s house with the teenager. Therefore, she reported being kissed without her consent and reported the matter to the Guardianship Council.
The alleged perpetrator was taken to Central de Flagrantes, where a report was drawn up to arrest a minor for an offense similar to rape of a vulnerable person.
