On Saturday afternoon (21), a patrol on the AL-101 North highway, near a gas station in the town of Toque, in São Miguel dos Milagres, saw a motorcycle speeding through a traffic light. When the police stopped, they discovered that the driver, a 15-year-old teenager, was not the owner of the vehicle and did not have a driver’s license.

The young man told the team that the motorcycle belonged to his father, who is now deceased, and his 46-year-old mother had given it to him. Given the circumstances, the motorcycle was collected and the parties involved were taken to the local Cisp, where a Detailed Statement of Occurrence (TCO) was prepared to allow an unlicensed person to drive the vehicle.
The motorbike was then released after a presentation from a driver who met the driving license requirements.
