Ciudad Juarez.- Police and firefighters converged on the Juarez industrial area, where a fire broke out this morning.
It was a fire at the Fortune maquiladora company’s warehouse located on Fernando Borreguero and Parque Industrial Streets, where security forces arrived at 01:26 after a report of a fire by company security guards.
Jose Isidro MP, a security officer in the affected area, said he was doing a tour and heard an explosion in the warehouse and then noticed a column of smoke and fire, so other guards grabbed fire extinguishers and prevented further damage.
No injuries were reported, only damage to the company.
