In the Kursk region, logistical infrastructure is being developed to support border residents who were forced to leave their homes due to an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. A new center has been opened for this purpose on Anatoly Deriglazov Avenue, Governor Alexey Smirnov said.
According to him, the centre will become an important link in the humanitarian aid distribution system. It will store and sort food and hygiene products from other regions. All processes will be concentrated in one place, which will significantly reduce logistics costs and speed up delivery.
“We hope that the capacity of the new centre will fully cover the existing needs of the region. I would like to thank everyone who participated in the implementation of this project and continues to support our citizens,” Smirnov said on his Telegram channel.
