A fitness trainer’s method to enjoy chocolate spread while losing weight

A fitness trainer found a way to enjoy Nutella without putting on weight and lost 11 pounds while enjoying her favorite treat.

We all have our own delicious foods that we can’t resist. For some it’s a bag of chips; for others, a dive into ice cream straight from the freezer, or perhaps a favorite pack of sweets or a bar of chocolate, that settles the matter.

YouTube sensation and fitness guru Bethany Dobson, who has helped thousands of people transform their lives through health and fitness, confessed her undying love for chocolate spreads and admitted she simply can’t live without them.

Whether you’re sprinkling it on toast or mixing it into porridge, she’ll find that spreads are just the ticket to spice up savory dishes. Still, Bethany notes that even a “tiny, tiny spoonful” can pack a whopping 100 calories.

Bethany, who has more than 20,000 YouTube subscribers, warned: “If you think eating something like this when you’re in a calorie deficit will help keep your hunger levels down, you’re wrong.”

However, he does promise a clever hack that allows you to guilt-free enjoy sinfully sweet spreads like Nutella without ruining your diet.

The fitness expert said: “The thing is, I love Nutella and I’m not ready to give it up just to lose weight.”

She revealed her secret by measuring five grams of Nutella, putting it in a small bowl, then adding 20 grams of 0% fat Greek yogurt and mixing them together. A container of Nutella costs £3.45 at Tesco and Sainsbury’s, while a tub of 0% fat Greek yoghurt costs £1.10 at Tesco or £1.89 at Aldi.

The 23-year-old says it’s how you can enjoy a big spread that’s packed with protein and contains just 35 calories. “You’ll save yourself about 100 calories a day just with this little trick,” she added.

Bethany, who has 782,000 Instagram followers, explained that one of the biggest mistakes she sees is people cutting out all their favorite foods when they want to lose weight or cut back on certain foods.

He added: “Imagine if you did this for all the sauces you used, you’d have so many more calories to eat. That’s why I’ve been able to lose 5kg in eight weeks.”

The influencer says that the same trick can also be used with salty sauces.
