A pole cable caught fire in the Parque São Cristóvão neighborhood, in Salvador, on Tuesday morning, 24. The incident occurred on Rua Arquiteto Marcos Solter and scared passers-by.

In its statement, Neoenergia Coelba reported that the registration resulted from a secret occupation of telephone and internet services. A team from the company was sent to the site and did not identify any damage to the electricity network. The electricity supply was not affected and remains normal in the area.
