That year, Ometo funneled R$7.5 million to people he believed could win the municipal dispute, while as of the day before yesterday, the businessman had transferred R$15.3 million to 160 people and political parties, in 87 cities.
Beneficiaries of electoral donations
Donation recipients include party guides such as PL, MDB, PP, PSD, PSDB, Uniao Brasil, Podemos, PSB and PDT.
Among the 146 candidates who received donations were representatives of 16 different parties, including MDB, Avante, Novo, PDT, PL, PMB, Podemos, PP, PRD, PSB, PSB, PSD, PT, Republicans, Solidaredade and Uniao Brasil.
