Unfortunately, no UK made the top 10. At the same time, only two of the gardens were located in Europe, so if you plan to visit one of these locations, you may be traveling much further afield.
But that doesn’t mean they aren’t worth the trip. Let’s take a closer look at the top 10.

- Dubai Miracle Garden, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
- Singapore Botanic Gardens, Singapore
- Mirabell Palace, Salzburg, Austria
- Gardens by the Bay, Singapore
- Brooklyn Botanic Garden, New York City, USA
The survey showed that Longwood Gardens in Pennsylvania was ranked first as the most beautiful garden. The garden has a whopping 1,077 hectares of land and a whopping 10,000 species of plants.
It’s also popular on social media, with 307,185 posts tagging a location on Instagram and 6,096 mentions on TikTok.
However, it was Asia that proved popular in the overall categories, with four of the top ten destinations making the list.
Shinjuku Gyo-en came second on the list, located in Tokyo, Japan. This garden had far more tags than Longwood Gardens, which has 713,595 Instagram posts.
The other three Asian locations were Kenroku-en, Kanazawa, Japan, which ranked fourth, the Singapore Botanic Gardens in Singapore, which ranked seventh, and Gardens by the Bay, Singapore, which ranked ninth.
