A 31-year-old man did not resist after crashing his car into a stopped truck on SC-110, in the Rio Cerro I neighborhood, in Jaraguá do Sul, North of Santa Catarina. The accident occurred at around 13.30 WIB on Thursday (26).

According to the Military Highway Police (PMRv) who responded to the incident, a Punto vehicle was driving along the highway towards Jaraguá do Sul-Pomerode and, approaching km 86.400 and for no apparent reason, entered the opposite lane. and collided with a truck stopped on the side of the road.

The car driver died at the scene. The victim’s name was not released. The truck driver, a 30-year-old man, did not suffer serious injuries.
