A 20-year-old man was behind the wheel despite a court ban and had an alcohol concentration above the legal limit. A young driver caused an accident at night in Colony Lipsk, Augustów District (Podlaski Voivodeship). His 19-year-old passenger died instantly. According to unofficial information from RMF FM, the woman was eight months pregnant. Unfortunately, the baby could not be saved either.
The accident occurred about 30 minutes after midnight.
