The incident happened on Friday in the Ursus district in Warsaw.

As the RMF FM reporter found out, a woman and her husband were crossing the tracks in an unauthorized place.
Police officers and a prosecutor are working at the scene of the accident.
Difficulties in traffic are possible until late in the evening.
