Vasco closes agreement to assist in the sale of São Januário construction potential

Vasco signed an agreement with Primaz Corporate, a consulting firm to assist in the sale of the potential construction of São Januário. With this agreement, the company that is engaged in the intermediation and structuring of large real estate asset transactions must accelerate the negotiations that will allow the renovation of the stadium.

The Rio Club considers hiring such services as an important step in the club’s planning.

This week, Pedrinho, Vasco’s president, said that negotiations for the sale of the potential construction site “have stalled”.

“Selling it is not easy, it is not that easy. Something was going well, but it stopped and we are renegotiating”, said the director in an interview with the “Amigos Futebol Clube” program.

In addition, the club is negotiating the sale of smaller portions of potential construction. Some of them have completed their contracts in recent days and should be completed next week.
