The visible signs of aging are a common concern for many of us, but the telltale signs of a life well lived should be celebrated and not feared.
We may not be able to stop the clock, but there are many natural ways to help keep your skin glowing well into your golden years. By making just a few changes to our diet and lifestyle, we can all feel great again.
A glowing 72-year-old has mastered the art of age management so well that he can easily be mistaken for someone 20 years younger. The silver-haired goddess has taken to TikTok to share healthy tips on how to look younger for longer.
On an account called Holistic.tips (@healthcaretipswithjules), the beaming seven-year-old claimed she has rolled back the years by using all-natural ingredients and taking supplements every day.
In her post, she reveals that “Ginger + Lemon + Honey Morning Tea on an Empty Stomach is 84 percent more effective than Ozempic,” adding that the easy-to-make hot drink “will help you get rid of bloating and stubborn belly fat.”
She also suggests that “eating avocado toast for breakfast is non-negotiable,” explaining, “It’s rich in antioxidants that prevent wrinkles and dark spots.”
Staying inside can also improve our appearance externally. To keep her fit and healthy, the holistic health coach said: “I took Seamoss every day to keep my immune system strong!
“It has 92/102 of the minerals your gut needs! That’s how I’ve kept myself sick all these years!!”
In addition to a carefully curated diet, Jules reveals that her skin care is also based on natural ingredients and uses only handmade natural soap.
She believes this has contributed greatly to her skin still looking 20 years old.
Finally, the holistic expert advocates using one “secret weapon” against the signs of aging, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, Alzheimer’s disease and obesity.
He likes to share his discovery: “Nicotanimide riboside is the ultimate anti-aging ingredient that is only found in some foods, but its concentration is stronger in supplement form.” He also adds, “It’s perfectly safe to take.”
