The Romanian group will receive a roaming agreement to use Orange’s mobile network, which it can run or not, at its will, and frequencies to build its own network and lower its wholesale cost.
Orange and MásMóvil , the two telecoms in the process of merging , yesterday closed and signed an agreement with Digi , the Romanian operator that occupies fifth place in Spain, for the remedies , that is, the concessions that the two promoters of the merger must grant.
